Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs (400g) potatoes *see notes
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill (finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatos in a large pot of salted water.
  • Once tender, drain well, and leave them to steam dry in the pan for 1 minute.
  • Add the butter, cover the pan with a lid, and gently swirl the pan around to coat the potatoes in melting butter.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with dill and serve immediately!
